Zen Mag Px Powder (new formula)
Zen Mag Px Powder Mixed Berry Flavor features three chelates of magnesium, one of them being the unique, patented chelated mineral Magtein™ (magnesium L-threonate). It is considered superior to other forms of magnesium at penetrating the blood brain barrier. Magnesium deficiency is associated with many neurological health issues such as anxiety disorders and memory loss. Magnesium L-threonate may support recall, relaxation, sleep, cognition, age-related memory decline, anxiety, and more.
Mix 1 level scoop in at least 4 oz. of water, based on desired sweetness, based on the recommendations below or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
First Week: 1 serving per day immediately before dinner or one hour before bedtime.
Thereafter: 1 serving preferably mid-afternoon and 1 serving before bedtime.
