PRIMED Insider Program

Eligibility
PRIMED Insider benefits are available to any customer with at least one active subscription on the PQN Supplements site. Benefits activate after your first subscription order is placed. No enrollment required, benefits apply automatically.

Your Benefits

  • 15% off every subscribed product on every order

  • 10% off all one-time purchases while Insider status is active

  • Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (US, UK, and Ireland only; standard free shipping threshold is $99)

  • Streak rewards: earn an extra 10% off every 3rd recurring order placed on time (25% total off that order)

  • Surprise rewards for engaged subscribers along the way

Maintaining Your Benefits
Benefits remain active as long as you have at least one active subscription in good standing. You do not need to take any action; benefits apply automatically at checkout.

Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months while retaining full Insider benefits. If your subscription remains paused beyond 3 months, it will be automatically cancelled, and Insider benefits will be deactivated.

After reactivating a paused subscription, your subscription must remain active for a minimum of 2 consecutive months before another pause is permitted.

Cancellation
If your subscription is cancelled for any reason, Insider benefits are immediately deactivated. Full standard pricing and standard shipping thresholds apply to all subsequent purchases. To reinstate Insider benefits, reactivate your existing subscription or start a new one.

Existing Paused Subscribers
Current subscribers with a paused subscription have until September 11, 2026 to reactivate and retain their PRIMED Insider benefits under these terms.

Pricing & Discounts
PRIMED Insider pricing is applied automatically. Insider benefits do not combine with promotional discount codes. If a promotional discount is greater than your Insider benefit on a given product, the promotional price applies automatically. You always receive the better of the two if sale discounts are automatically applied to the product or at checkout.  If a sale requires the use of a coupon code and allows the combination of discounts, if the coupon code added at the time of checkout, you forfeit any additional discounts.  Additional Discounts cannot be applied to orders that are already placed.

Streak Rewards
Streak tracking begins with your first recurring order (2nd order overall). Streak milestones are reached after every 3 recurring orders placed within the scheduled order window plus grace period. Skipping, pausing, or rescheduling within the grace period does not break your streak. Missing the order window resets the streak counter for that cycle.

Free Shipping
The $50 free shipping threshold for PRIMED Insiders applies to one-time purchase orders shipping with the United States Lower 48, United Kingdom, and Ireland. Standard shipping rates apply to all other regions regardless of Insider status.

Program Changes
PQN Supplements reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the PRIMED Insider program at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers in advance. Continued subscription activity following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
