Take 1 to 4 capsules daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed 4 capsules.

How You Could Use Liver FS

The full serving size for LiverFS is 4 capsules per day, which represents the intended full serving. The lower end of 1 capsule per day allows individuals to gradually work up to that amount based on personal tolerance and individual response, which can vary from person to person.

Normal metabolic processes, including detoxification, are nutrient-dependent. During periods of increased demand, such as higher stress, calorie or nutrient restriction, or changes in routine, some individuals may be more sensitive and prefer to start at a lower amount.

Some people do well starting at the full serving, while others feel better beginning with a smaller amount and gradually increasing. A gradual ramp-up approach may work best for some individuals. Speak with your healthcare practitioner.
