Our Story

PQN Supplements was built on nearly two decades of work in performance, nutrition, formulas developed for coaches and practitioners, and a deep belief that what goes into a supplement has to actually do something.

The performance and nutrition work that underpins PQN began in 2006 under Poliquin Performance.  Our history is our foundation and our formulas have been built through years of use, feedback, and refinement, held to standards that were set by the people using them with real clients and real athletes.

In 2024, PQN Supplements was established to carry that body of work forward under its own identity. With full respect for our legacy, we are carrying the formulas and the standards that defined it into a new chapter.

In early 2026, we introduced PRIMED as the brand for PQN's foundational nutrient supplement line. PRIMED is not a rebrand. It is not a new company. It is the language we developed to say clearly what these formulas have always been designed to support: readiness. The ability to show up prepared for whatever the day demands, day after day, without running on empty.

PRIMED exists for everyday performers: the athlete, the parent, the professional, the coach. Anyone who understands that performance is not an event you rise to, it is a state you build and our formulas support.
