Subscription Policies

1. General Subscription Terms

Unless otherwise noted, all subscriptions are pay‑as‑you‑go and may be canceled at any time, subject to the terms below.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscriptions must be canceled or modified prior to an order being placed.

  • Once a subscription order has been processed, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation or refund for that order.

  • Customers are responsible for managing their subscription status before each billing cycle.

  • Upcoming Order notifications are sent out seven (7) days before the order billing date.

  • Subscription Orders are set to process at 7:00 am Eastern Time on the order billing date.

3. Subscription Status Definitions

Active Subscription
An Active Subscription is defined as a subscription that has been successfully fulfilled at least once within a rolling 6‑month period.

  • Lifetime pricing and legacy pricing are contingent upon maintaining an Active Subscription status.

Dormant Subscription
A Dormant Subscription is defined as a subscription that:

  • Remains listed as active in our system (is not marked paused or canceled), and

  • Has not had a successful fulfillment in 6 months or more

We reserve the right to pause, expire, or cancel any Dormant Subscription at our discretion.

Paused Subscription
A Paused Subscription is defined as a subscription that:

  • Subscription that is temporarily put on hold 

  • Future billing and upcoming orders are stopped until it’s resumed

  • Subscription may be paused 1, 2, or 3 months

  • Customers can pause resume their subscription at any time through their Customer Portal

Canceled Subscription
A Canceled Subscription is defined as a subscription that:

  • Subscription that has been fully stopped

  • Future billing and upcoming orders are stopped

  • Can be reactivated through your Customer Portal

Expired Subscription
An Expired Subscription is defined as a subscription that:

  • Subscription that has been fully stopped

  • Future billing and upcoming orders are stopped

  • Considered completed and can no longer be reactivated

4. Managing Your Subscriptions

Customers can manage their subscriptions directly through their customer account on our website.

From the subscription management portal, you can:

  • View active subscriptions

  • Update billing and shipping information

    • All shipping information updates must be made within the subscription customer portal.  Updating your account information will not update your subscription shipping.

  • Add back-up payment method

  • Merge Subscriptions

  • Swap Products

  • Skip upcoming orders

  • Adjust billing date

  • Pause or cancel a subscription

  • Review past and upcoming orders

All changes must be made prior to the next scheduled order date to take effect.

5. Pricing Policies

Lifetime Price Guarantee on Active Subscriptions
We offer lifetime pricing on subscriptions that remain classified as Active Subscriptions.

  • Lifetime pricing is locked in as long as the subscription continues to meet the Active Subscription definition.

  • If a subscription becomes dormant, indefinitely paused or canceled, lifetime pricing may be forfeited.

  • Any future reactivation or new subscription may be subject to current pricing at the time of reactivation.

6. Shipping for Subscriptions

  • All subscription orders ship via standard delivery (3-7 business days), excluding processing time.

  • $2.99 shipping applies to subscription orders under $49.99.

  • Free standard shipping applies to subscription orders $50 and over.

Priority Shipping methods for subscriptions can be chosen at time of checkout of the initial order.

7. Pricing, Rewards & Incentives

  • From time to time, customers may receive rewards, incentives, or promotional offers.

  • These rewards:

    • May or may not apply to subscription products

    • Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash

8. Sales & Promotions

  • Most sales and promotions apply to one‑time purchases only.

  • On occasion, a promotion may include subscription products.

  • When applicable, subscription‑eligible discounts will be automatically applied during checkout or billing, if your subscription is scheduled to be billed during the time of the sale.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify subscription policies at any time. Changes will apply prospectively and will be reflected on our website.
